“When you have a dream that you can’t let go of, trust your instincts and pursue it. But remember: Real dreams take work, They take patience, and sometimes they require you to dig down very deep. Be sure you’re willing to do that.”
-Harvey Mackay

Growing up in a small town of New Jersey, I didn’t know what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go. There weren’t many opportunities offered during this time but the more I pursued with my education, I eventually found my love for the entertainment industry.
Starting off in high school, I was apart of my school’s choir and was awarded the best newest member. During my senior year, I took the chance to learn more about entertainment by studying on-stage acting and video editing. I would eventually decide to learn more about music and pursue a career in singing.
When transferring to Rowan University, I wanted to get more involved and be more active on campus while studying music. I took part of the university’s men’s choir, worked as a student technician of the school’s concert hall, had made a number of academic accomplishments and had built several connections with other students and professors in the program. Eventually, things didn’t turn out right and I moved on to the Radio/Television/Film program.
While being a part of this program, I kept my academics up and had joined a number of organizations and clubs around campus. I took part of the RTN production team to film and produce different shows and sport events around campus. It was then that I found my love for television and film and wanted to do more editing. Hopefully in the future, I’ll be able to gain more opportunities and to build up my career.
